Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shortlist is a digital subscription service. This policy explains how to cancel and when refunds apply. It is designed to be clear and fair, and to align with Stripe's expectations for subscription businesses.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing support@denhasso.shop. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period, after which you move to the free Draft plan.
2. How billing works
Paid plans renew automatically in USD each month or year until cancelled. Your plan allowance resets each period and does not roll over. Because Shortlist has no credits or stored balance, there is no wallet to withdraw.
3. Refunds
- Monthly plans: once a billing period has started and the service has been made available, the fee for that period is generally non-refundable. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid further charges.
- Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase and have made only minimal use of the service, you may request a full refund. After 14 days, the annual term is non-refundable, but you keep access until it ends.
- Duplicate or accidental charges, or charges caused by a technical error on our side, are refunded in full.
4. Not satisfied with a result
If a generated draft or visual does not meet your needs, contact support first. We will help you regenerate or adjust it. Because output is delivered instantly and can be regenerated, dissatisfaction with a specific draft is not by itself a basis for a refund, but we will always try to make it right.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have under the consumer laws applicable to you. For digital services supplied immediately, some cancellation rights may not apply once supply has begun with your consent.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@denhasso.shop with your account email and the charge date. We aim to review refund requests within five business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method via Stripe.
